We build tools for teams who ship
Teeme started with a simple frustration: project management tools were either too complex, too expensive, or too focused on individuals rather than teams. We set out to fix that.
Our Mission
To give every team — from a two-person startup to a hundred-person department — a project management tool that feels natural, enforces good structure without friction, and stays out of the way so people can focus on the work that matters.
What we believe
The story so far
Teeme is an indie project — built and maintained by a single developer who was tired of context-switching between heavyweight tools that demanded too much ceremony and lightweight lists that offered no real structure. Neither extreme served teams well.
The core insight was simple: most project management complexity comes from not modeling how access actually works in organizations. Teams exist. Teams have projects. That hierarchy should be first-class, not an afterthought.
Every paying subscriber keeps the lights on and funds continued development. If Teeme saves your team time, a Pro subscription is the best way to say thanks.
