Can I upgrade at any time?+

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?+

You'll see a clear message with an option to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted — you just can't create new items beyond the limit.

How does the $2/member overage work?+

Pro includes 50 members at $20/month. Each member beyond 50 costs $2/month. Example: 60 members = $20 + (10 × $2) = $40 / month.

Can I try Teeme before paying?+

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card, and the live demo lets you explore a sample organization without signing up.

What counts as a free AI prompt?+

Each AI request uses one prompt: an assistant message, a batch of generated issues, an issue summary or a set of project insights. Free gives everyone 5 prompts a day (up to 300 per organization each month). Pro is unlimited for normal use, with a fair-use ceiling of 100 prompts per person per day.
